However, as a Malaysian nowadays, there is too much medium and type of drama that we can watch, but when we track back to sources, what has transferred and made Malaysian drama culture? In this documentary, we are doing to present you one of it, the Cantonese traditional opera by 4 chapter: “曲传 The Past of Song” ”人传 The Senior Actor“ “人承 The Junior Actor” ”曲承 The Heritage of Song“ To introduce the heritage of the song and people involved in the culture of Cantonese opera. Finally, our theme and purpose: “录中，艺传” We hope that with this documentary, the cultural heritage of Cantonese opera is passing to the younger generation. **With gratitude and appreciation, this project was nominated for and won in: - Canon Short Film Contest 2023 -Xiamen University Malaysia 6th Stellar Prize Award

Rohimullah, a Rohingya refugee, resides in Malaysia after fleeing the violence in Myanmar. His life is marked by constant movement in search of safety and livelihood opportunities. Unfortunately, Malaysia is still not a suitable place for him to live. Malaysia's lack of ratification of refugee conventions and discrimination against Rohingya refugees deny them basic rights and humanitarian aid. The documentary follows the production team as they visit Rohimullah's current living place in Bagan Serai, Perak state, Malaysia, documenting Rohimullah's daily life, capturing his struggles, resilience, and moments of joy amidst adversity. The documentary concludes by exploring the restrictions on freedom and the difficulties of life faced by Rohingya refugees in Malaysia.
